i dont know what is wrong with me. ive been having an argument with my boyfriend for about 2 weeks. i do bearly eat or sleep. n i think thats the cause of everything but i want to make sure. now when ever i want to eat i feel like throwin up, i get dizzy, and im very tired, my lower back really hurts alot, and somethings my head feels like its gunna blow up.any help?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If you had unprotected intercourse then symptoms as nausea,dizziness,back pain could be indicative of possible pregnancy.
Wait if the periods are expected soon and if they are missed then after a week get a Urine test done for pregnancy determination.It is difficult to comment without a proper history and examination.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
