Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If you had unprotected intercourse then symptoms as nausea, dizziness, back pain could be indicative of possible pregnancy.
Wait if the periods are expected soon and if they are missed then after a week get a Urine test done for pregnancy determination. It is difficult to comment without a proper history and examination.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
