well, if its pains, and there is a lump, you may want to go to your doctor. I dont think Ovarian Cysts get that big, but I would check with your doctor. The lump could be very serious.

Normally you do not get a bump until you are 12-16 weeks pregnant. Each body varies though. I do know that it is relatively impossible to tell that you are pregnant at 9 weeks because the uterus does not expand over the pubic bone until around the 12th week. You need to see the doctor if you think you are pregnant but pregnancy tests show a negative. A good home pregnancy to use is the First Response. I don't recommend digital tests for those who are inexperienced with pregnancy tests because you cannot see the urine traveling into the window. A good way to make sure the test is as accurate as possible is to take the test first thing in the morning when your HcG levels are the most concentrated. The pregnancy test is designed to pick up on HcG, which is only presented in urine if you are pregnant (some very rare diseases can also cause HcG to be released, but it is highly unlikely you have a disease, as your pregnancy tests are all negative). Grab a disposable plastic cup, release a bit of urine into the toilet, then urinate about an inch's worth of urine into the cup, dip the absorber part of the stick into the cup and leave the stick in the urine until you see the urine traveling into the first window of the test. Then take the test out of the urine, recap it, and wait 5 minutes to see the results. A blood test can be done at a doctor's office. These are more sensitive tests that can pick up smaller amounts of HcG.
