Ovulation takes only 15 minutes. The week that you are quoting (July 22-27) is the time sperm that was ejaculated inside you will stay alive to wait for the egg to be released at ovulation.

The sperm from July 26 will be in the best condition and thus be the most likely. July 18 is really much to early and all sperm was dead by July 27 when you ovulated.
