Q: When did I concieve?

I am 6 weeks and 4 days today, my period is never on the same day so I really don't remember when was my last period. I think the 15th or a little before that or after. When Did I concieve??? Doctor said the last week of May or June 2nd. I don't understand that!

your doctor is right. your 6 weeks pregnant, but in all actuality, your fetus is only 4 weeks old. they count the 2 weeks prior to conception (from the first day of your last period) to get the 6 weeks.

also.. if you had a due date... add 3 months and 1 week to your due date to get an estimated date of conception. you said you have irregular periods, so it may be a little off for you. but it should get you somewhere close to conception date.

my period started on march 18 and ended on march 25. on march i didnt get my period at all so i when to the doctor and i found out i was 5 weeks pregnant. and my due date is on january 1 2010
