The first day of my last period was August 23, 2008. I had unprotected with John on September 4. Then I had protected sex with Jack on Sept. 13. However, when Jack came w/the condom on, the condom stayed inside of me. He took it out w/all his come but you just never know. So, i was wondering if you could help me determine who my baby's father is. My doctor says it's John and going by the sonogram, it's also john. I guess what i really want to know is if there's a possibility that Jack may be the father. I hope not. Thanks in advance for your help.

I wonder why your doctor would say that. Based on your LMP of August 23, the most likely date you'd have ovulated would have been September 6th. In which case, Jack would be the father. Sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days. An egg lives for a day. By the 13th of September it is unlikely you would still be ovulating or even would have begun to ovulate then.

I am curious though why you didn't trust what your doctor said and sought out the opinions of strangers...

Based on the information given, Jack is the father.

I know..i should just trust my doctor. Still, based on what you said, i assume you mistakenly said Jack when u meant John, cuz he's the one I had sex with on Sept. 4. THanks anyways..my doctor also said it would be unlikely that I ovulated on Sept. 13. Especially when by Sept. 22, i came out positive in a home pregnancy test.
