when can i take a test? the sooner the better!

If you have a more or less average cycle, your chances are about 30%, the maximum for a woman during one cycle.

You can test with an early detection kit when your period is supposed to start. Something like First Response (not the digital one). Take another test 7 days later and 14 days later to confirm the results if they are negative ( if your period arrives, there is no need to test again).
