HI, i have been feeling so weird lately. first i had dizziness and faint feeling with elctricity feeling going through body. i felt pressure in my head and ct scan revealed sinusitus, when i got that treated the chills and other symptoms persisted. now the dizzyness has stopped but the chills come at times and also sweats. my ears ring or buzz. i started to feel a pain in my testicle area but its like a sudden stab. i touch my testicles and feel no pain. to day i was in bed and i started to get the chills and then i was sweating for about 10 second, not alot of sweat just sweaty feeling. ive been to ER and my primary care multiple times. i got blood work for: Glucous, sugar, thyroid, blood count, ct scan and other blood works including HIV, all was negative. now i get this sharp pain in my testicle area at times, chills at times and i got the sweats. my testicles dont hurt when i masturbate, have sex or urinate. if i push the lower part of my belly fast i feel the pain around the testis but not as severe. any ideas. someone told me to check Lyme disease but i dont ever remember getting a tick bite in my life. my mind feels foggy and like in a dream world.

might be a mental health thing going wrong, explain symptoms eg. feeling foggy and get referred to pscychiatrist who can diagnose something!
