Hi i just joined and I hope I could get the advice I need. Thank you.

So here is whats going on. I met this girl through my best friend. This girl is my friends godsister. So anyway she just got out of a 4 yr relationship for few months now and they still talk as friends. Which there are still feeling for each other.

So we met and we laugh and we have a great time with each other. We text message and call each other everyday. That was the status up until few days ago.

We met 4 weeks ago and so far we did alot more then I would've thought. We went to watch this show called Midevil times with a bunch of people and we had a great time. We didnt watch the show at all but the presence of each other made it great. We laughed and pretty much we gazed into each other all night of that show. From there on it was set. There was one point where she said what are you going to give me for christmas. So as a joke i said my presence and imeditily she considered it but i couldnt just get her only that. So i asked her again "what do you want?" she said Money and i asked her how much and she said no I dont want charity. So what I got her was this puzzle cube she had to figure out how to open and get the real gift inside of the cube. I got her lotto ticket, broadway show ticket, and a letter. On the letter i said "since you didnt want charity i got you some scratch lotto for you to win some money and also i got broadway show ticket for us to watch for our first date." (short verison)
Ok now this is where everything turns 180.
We went to watch the show had a great time and we spoke alot too. And i told her that i am interested in her. So she said she was interested in me too and she loves my company but she said shes not ready. She just got out of a 4 yr relationship and recently her ex boyfriend said to her " we are meant to be and we are meant to get married." Which got her really confused. So i said i understand 4 yr relationship is hard to get over and blah blah blah. And since then texting stopped and phone call stopped. =o(

So what could i really do here now?

Why did she give me all this flirt and hints that she likes me and then turn me down?

Should I tell her more of how i feel about her?

Should I just keep it as friends for now?

Please give me advice but I really stuck and going crazy. Thank you
