I have noticed that my stomach is getting big like i feel pregant i have done pregnancy test and all come back negative but i feel movement in my belly what could it be i have read and it all points to colitis i dont want to go to the doctor and them telling me is something weird or bad

Feeling of movement in abdomen and distention/bloating can be due to gas, bowel movement or due to pregnancy itself. If you suspect to be pregnant, consider getting thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Urine pregnancy tests done so early can show false negative results (usually they start showing positive results after about 1 week of missed periods) because urine pregnancy test kits are calibrated ones, so they show positive results only after the hormonal levels in urine have reached a certain level. Wait and watch for your periods. Blood/serum HCG levels tested can detect pregnancy early (as early as about 11 days post conception). An ultrasound scan done will also help to confirm/rule out pregnancy as well as confirm the gestational age of fetus (if you are pregnant).
