Do you know what are the things to do with the sinusitis? It is giving people a hard time using their sense of smell. It really gives them a heavy feeling.

hi there, I have had sinus problems for the last few months as well. Do you have postnasal drip as well? Or, feeling like you always need to clear your throat, especially when speaking?
Have you tried doing nasal irrigation? I have been doing it for the last few days and it's REALLY helped. . . Mix 1/4 teaspoon of koscher salt with lukewarm water in a bowl. Put it into a turkey baster or any other kind of "pump". Put your head over the sink with your ear down so your other ear is parallel to the ceiling. Pour the water through your nostril and let the water drip through the other nostril. It feels a bit funny at first but once you do it a couple times, it actually feels good! Then switch sides! Good luck!

there are several underlying causes of sinusitis
I read in an e-book that there are several underlying cuses of sinusitis, which do not permit a lasting sinus remedy if left untreated. These are vasomotor rhinitis, failure of mucociliary system and fungal allergy.
