Hi,
I lost my best friend recently to a stroke and my sister died to cancer when i was younger.
I feel so alone and dont have anyone to talk to.
I have problems with food.
I often get bullied because I don't interact with other people.
I think its because i am afraid we will get close and then i will lose them.
Then i get angry with myself and think i'm stupid and then take my anger out on myself.
Please what can i do to get help because i feel so alone

Thanks bye .x.

Oh my. I'm sorry for your losses. It is normal to feel sad when you lose a loved one. Try not to take it out on yourself, talk to someone you trust...family member or friend. I also feel so alone sometimes, like I don't have anyone to talk to. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk. Just do your best to pick yourself up, and move on with life. I know it seems hard to do, but I know that you can do it. Maybe try to find something you enjoy doing, a sport, hobby, or club and try to meet new people. Take care, and feel free to contact me if you need anything.
