Stevia is the best. Raw (it's a green powder), has more of an earthy taste. The processed (white powder) form is very powerful and tastes great. A very small amount will take care of an entire bowl. It's seriously a few grains to sweeten a cup of herbal tea or something. I use it all the time. Avoid xylitol (unless you can tolerate it, it can cause pretty powerful diarrhea) and agave.

I personally found stevia to cause a lot of issues with my hypoglycemia, my doctor told me not to use it, as it increases insulin production in some people.
