Hi egonomic69....I would suggest talking to an Urologist or Oncologist to find out the answers to your questions...As far as the veins, they may cause troubles later in life...My husband's did as he developed "cherries" that will bleed every once in a while...Good luck...

Often as you age your blood vessels will shrink up...Sometimes they will swell...Just like that one of them can start bleeding and they can bled profusely...The first time that this happened with my husband he headed to Urgent Care...The second time to the doctor...Now we know that when this happens that you put pressure on the area to stop the bleeding...You then watch it carefully and don't over exert yourself until they heal...It is like a varicose vein pops...The doctor called these "cherries"...

i wasn't being sarcastic, haha sorry if it sounded that way. um i see what your talking about now but its not like they are vieny in that way but that there are alot of veins inside it making it uncomfortable, ill seek help from the Doc anyway thanks again!

You might be suffering from a Hydrocele.
A hydrocele is a fluid filled sac that surrounds a testicle. A hydrocele can develop when the passage through which the testicles descend into the scrotum fails to close. Fluid from inside the abdomen then flows through this passage into the scrotum causing the scrotum to swell. One or both sides of the scrotum can become swollen. A hydrocele can also develop if the testicle becomes inflamed or damaged, or if there is fluid blocking the sperm tube.

your find, some guys just have big ball's it's normal,warm weather they will hang,if cold they will pull up,use some sort of supporting underwear as boxers will let your junk hang but still cause chaffing as they rub on your calves.I find good briefs that fit well offer some great support & some micro fiber blend ones are found in sporting goods stores or athletic apparel.
good luck no way can you down size god's gift blessed on you! be proud man and yes others will stare at you in the locker room but so what!and I have found some guys with blond or red hair will have this testicular type body with low body hair,
and sex no way will this affect your sex life totally fine.
