hello dr.i'm male.i had unprotected oral sex(less than a mins) with a sex worker(escort)in 27th jan she brush her tooth before porformed on me,i didn't do anything on her.3 weeks after the incident i caught flu and short fever(2day,(no other symton).6 weeks from incident(11th march)i took elisa test(earlier generation, but i think they upgraded).the result was negetif.the dr told me to test again 3 months due to window period.
here are my questions:
1. as a profession dr,do u think i'm haveis 6 weeks risk or i just catching common flu and fever?
2. do u think 6 weeks long enough to get test?how accurancy?(i'm healthy man).
3. i heard that in australia 6 weeks could be conclusive with latest technology,i'm
wondering the earlier generetion able to detect it or not at 6 weeks?
thanks for your time and replying.

Extremely eHealthy
Oral sex is considered a very low risk activity for HIV transmission.
Most people develop detectable antibodies approximately 30 days after infection, and ELISA testing is highly accurate.

I don't think you should worry!
