I hurt my back bowling about 4 weeks ago. It hurts in my lower back on the right side. Sometimes it makes my legs and hips hurt as well. It hurts when i stand up most times. Sometimes it hurts to turn or walk. Was just wondering if someone could help me figure out what might be causing the pain and how to alleviate it and make it better.

Do you bowl with your right or left arm? Sounds like the muscles on that side are tight so the muscles on the other side are weak / stretched out.
I would try standing against a wall and side bend AWAY from your bowling side.

Also do a Google search for "hip hinge" to show your how to bend with your legs and not round your lower back.
