what is this, wierd bumps on skin?

i noticed these bumps a month ago, i had poison ivy near the spot which they are so i thought it was that to but when the poison ivy cleared up these bumps still stayed. the poison ivy probably has nothing to do with it but i just noticed it when it occurred. i wrestle so i was thinking it could be maybe some sort of rash or infection but i dont know. i hopefully can go to the doctor soon but i wanted to see if you guys had any idea what this could be. Also i have a cluster of 7 or 8 on my forearm and a few dots in random places on my arms.
