What is this?

I have bilateral facial pain in my teeth and jaw. I am a 31 year old mom who has been suffering with teeth and jaw pain for 5 years. I have seen every kind of dental specialist I know and have had no success. I have burning and throbbing pain that gets worse as the day goes on. I grind my teeth at night and have even broken through a night guard. I have seen neurologists as well and some think I have a neuralgia, but I have it bilaterally and at the same time. Eating, chewing, laughing, talking make it worse. I am desperate for help. I am taking tegretol and nortriptyline which help 20%...What is going on? I can't keep going each day like this!!!

thanks for your help
Tegretol for the nerve pain in my teeth..nortriptyline for pain in jaw.
My pain is mainly in my back teeth and my jawline. It is like a burning and aching pain that feels like someone hit me hard in the face over and over. Sometimes it feels like I have aluminum in my mouth or open sores everywhere when I don't. It sometimes is very hard to open my mouth.
I had orthodontics in high school. No allergies. Yes I have tonsils but they are huge and I always have issues that my dentist wants to take them out. Just recently there is a popping sound when I open my mouth.Yes, shoulders are equal.

I had a few root canals before my dentist found it to be neurological. I even had an extraction and the pain continued where the tooth was taken out.
My BMI is 23.
thanks for caring and asking Surprised)
