Yesterday I noticed this stabbing pain in the back of my throat. It's on the right side, near my ear. I've never felt this pain before. It's not a sore throat more like a sharp pain. I don't feel sick can anyone help?

Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by sharp pain in right side of neck near the ear.
The pain you have mentioned might be due to neck muscle spasm and rest along with muscle relaxants can help alleviate the pain.
Hope this helps. Take care.
