sir. i want to know about kidney disease.. my first kidney is little shrinked and creatinine(5.1) and urea(80) excess in other....is there any need to kidney transplant in upcoming time?????doctor suggested me only u have to take madicine throuhout your life...there is no need to transplant. is that true?????????
