I have a white bump on the shaft of my penis, it is about 3mm from the head on the underside of the penis, it appeared about 5 months ago and it is about 3mm round and 2mm high and its white and it hurts when pressure is applied, also there is a hole in it. when i first saw it i whiped it and a hole about the size of a ball point pen tip appeared, nothing comes out of it but im worried of what it is. i have never had sex and i also have pearly penile papules. im 18

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bumps on penis are mostly benign and self resolving and due to clogged sebaceous pores. Just maintain good hygiene and don't pop, poke or pick these bumps and wait and see.
