You can't lose weight from a specific place.

Eat small regular meals during the day, drink plenty of water and exercise. That is the best and safest way to lose weight, might also be worth going to the gym and doing some weights to tone everything up after losing the weight

I agree with you. Diet play important role to lose weight and exercise will help you to maintain weight. Running and cycling will also help to lose thigh fat.

Regular exercise and proper diet is the main to stay fit and lose weight. you can do yoga for good health.
Drink plenty of water daily, avoid junk food,
take healthy food.

Natural is the best way to lose weight.
Limit, if not eliminate, your intake of processed foods as these are packed with sodium and cholesterol. Stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables instead.
Drink lots of water and avoid sodas since they are laden with sugar.
Make sure to get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, even more if you wish to lose weight. There are exercises that target fat loss in specific body parts, but it is recommended to target fat loss in the body as a whole, since this will make the process of losing weight a lot easier for you.

I might not be the best person to give advice since I'm trying to lose alot of weight myself, but I know I've done alot of what I would call emotional eating-turning to food the way a smoker would turn to cigarettes when they're stressed out. I would recommend Weight Watchers, I think it's the best diet plan out there. Any time you feel upset or stressed and youre about to eat something, stop and try to write down what you're really feeling or talk to a friend, chances are youre not really hungry. And exercise a lot, like 5 days a week.
