what is it ?purple lesion after gardening

Hello all,
i am new here and very anxious abt a lesion which started as burning sensation ,alternating with cool ,numb sensation .

i had heart palpitations and swelling too 1 hr after i got it ,i was in garden and saw somthing crawl near my nose and then it was gone .

lots of pain and swelling on left side of face .

planning to go to doc but very worried ,do you know what it is .
