from what i gather its Folliculitis keloidalis and I really need to know how to cure it..In my country they dont know what it is or how to treat it I'm 17 years old(soon to be 1 Cool

and heard CUBA has the best doctors and I dont know where to go to get my normal scalp back its at the back of my head and I'm so frustrated I'v had it about 2-3 years now but my condition reamians calm...can some please please PLEASE!!!!!! help me
