What is isolation psychosis?
My friend, since his wife left him, worked
real hard, twenty-four hours, seven days a
week, in order to forget the tragic event.
But he seems to have strangely lost touch
with the world. His family told me it is
a case of isolation psychosis. (i guess
it is what the doctor said) I am curious
to know what it is.

Hi,
i don't think that's an actual
psychological diagnosis. I just think his
family means that he's too obsessed with
work. And maybe he's doing so to keep his
mind busy and it's an "escape" from
reality.
