I got my period the day I turned 10 and I am 15 almost 16 now and my period is still irregular up until this day. It comes every 3 or 4 months. I don't understand why, and I am constantly bloated. Also, my have an excessive vaginal odor and I have been perscribed antibiotics but nothing has worked. Do these things interconnect with one another and is there a diagnosis for what I may have?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Irregular periods could be due to hormonal imbalance and it is quite common during teenage.Regarding the bloating it can be due to excess gas formation which is the most common cause and the best way to control this symptom would be lifestyle changes:
Have small frequent meals in a day and avoid spicy foods, fats and fried foods.Drink lots of water and prefer having fruits, veggis, salads etc.
Regarding the vaginal odour the most common cause is fungal infection. The preferred treatment for it is an antifungal cream such as Cotrimazole. You can consider visiting a Gynaecologist for complete clinical examination and hormonal analysis. If required you might be prescribed medications for the same.
Take care!
