What is "blue Balls"

Generally it means just having painful testicles from either too much sex or too little sex. There may be a more accurate description but this is what I always presumed it meant.

Or when you get sexually aroused but don't reach orgasm- it can cause pain in the testicles in men and cramps in women.

It's typically an excuse used by guys to get women to have sex with them. ALthough it can cause pain, it can be relieved by masturbation.

"Blue Balls" is the excrutiating pain a man receives when his balls swell to the size of coconuts because of lack of sex, unfinished bjs, and just not cummin when he knows he should.

It basically relates to teasing with women.

Brandhasitgoing, If your ball are swelling at all, you need to see a doctor. Blue balls is an uncomfortable feeling, not a physical condition due to the blood that caused the erection not completely leaving your genitals. It normally will happen because of many cycles of arousal and resolution without reaching orgasm. Your testicles should not sell up. 'Blue balls' are just a term for it. It does not have anything to do with your balls or the color blue.

BTW, 'blue balls' are easilly 'cured' by masturbation.
