I run for a prescription.
Homeopathy.
Over-the-counter Medicine
Natural remedies.
Combination of the above.
I let my body heal on it's own.

OTC isn't an option...

Neither is letting my body heal on it's own...

Depending on how bad it is, I usually don't take anything, but if I do, it's IBuprofen for minor aches and pains.

Yup I take ibuprofen for my medical mystery of a back and headaches if either of them get too hard to bear. Other than that, I will take tea for my stomach (Yogi tea is awesome for that!!) and honey and lemon for my throat and colds.

Diet, exercise, and plenty of rest. If anything flares up I take acetaminophen and vitamin C. A soak in a nice hot tub helps too.

I try to steer away from too much pain-killers and anti-inflamatories as they can mess you up after a while, but if it gets too bad, I head to my GP for prescription.

Any of you have any less-aggressive treatments for inflamation?
