What could these blood work abnormalities mean?

Blood Work Results: Low platelet count and neutrophils. High iron, b12, liver enzymes and lymphs.

Symptoms: Pain in abdomen and sharp pain on left side under ribs. Distended stomach, nausea and sever menstrual cramps. Has had stomach issues for several years for unknown reasons, what could this all mean?

Many things, and don't know what LOW PLT count is,if borderline low,no big,if very low, another issue. Liver enyzmes up? Why? Might just be "fatty liver" but don't have enough data. Don't know what stomach issues means....reflux? Sounds like you need a GOOD GI eval, good luck!
