I really need information as to what causes vaginal looseness. Sometimes I am tight and other times i am very loose. I have had only one sexual partner, my fiance, for 8 years and he thinks that I am cheating. I am not cheating and wouldn't which makes this very frustrating! So if you could please help us out and give us information on the topic we would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sexually active women tend to lose vaginal tone and elasticity after few years. Women who have had vaginal childbirth tend to have the incidence of symptoms more than those who have not had childbirth. Sometimes, it can also occur due to hormonal changes and loss of tone of pelvic floor muscles. Starting with Kegel’s exercises would also help with toning up and tightening of pelvic floor muscles and regaining vaginal tone. You can also consider discussing with your gynecologist about option of getting vaginoplasty done to help you.
Take care.
