Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
The pain that you are having does not seem normal.
Do you have any other symptoms? When was your last health check up with your doctor?
I would recommend you to report to your doctor/gynecologist to get examined thoroughly and go ahead with hormonal tests and ultrasound scan to look for the cause of the severe pain. The ultrasound will also help to know if the cyst has been increasing in size and causing the pain.
All the best. Take care.
