Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

High pulse movement in the head is something very unusual and can be due to stress, anxiety,BP changes or even due to migraine. It has to be corelated with any other symptoms if present as nausea, blurred vision, hearing issues etc.
You require a complete clinical examination, evaluation of the ear and monitoring of the BP for few days.It is very difficult to comment without observation.
Reduce your stress levels and do not be anxious.Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
