What are your views: Should circumcision be a parental choice?

Hello,

To all of you here on ehealth forum. I am starting a post on genital circumcision which is performed during infancy/childhood for various reasons, as an example: health concerns, religious beliefs, aesthetics. The main question base is, "Should circumcision be a parental choice" (with another option being that circumcision would be the choice of the child, when he/she has advanced in age).
