my husband comes home from work makes excuses why he doesnt have the correct amount of money,,gets angry by verbal and physical means when confronted. has known to be a crack addict but says he no longer uses

Hi carlshannon and welcome to ehealth: I am not a doctor, but going along the lines of addiction I would say a personality swing....His refusal to be tested...Can't account for his money, plus the other things you speak about...Addictions are tough to break...Crack is at the top of the list...Good luck and even thought I wish I could help, this will be up to you to solve...Take care...
