Take a bleach free tampon and soak it in APPLE CIDER VINEAGR. Insert it in the vagina overnight for about 4-5 days. At first, when the yeast is dieing off, this may make you feel awful and it may seem like the condition is getting worse. But at the end of the course the yeast will be gone. Do the research to understand why this works.

Also make sure that you go on a candida diet. Google "candida diet.com" That's where you eliminate starchy foods, sugar, alcohol, fruit juice. But, consume more water and vegetable juice. You should also consider taking probiotics and a good multivitamin. The idea is to build your immune system, kill the bad bacteria and correct the pH imbalance in the vagina so you won't keep having infections.

Also, consider taking refined coconut oil. The active ingredients in coconut oil are caprylic acid, capric acid and lauric acid. These fatty acids are powerful antimicrobial agents. They kill bacteria, viruses and fungi by causing their cell walls to disintegrate.
