at c5-c6 there is a disk bulge with a moderate broad-based right lateral disk protrusion extending to the foraminal level with likely impingement of the exiting right c6 nerve root. There is also mild to moderate mass effect to the right anterolateral subarachnoid space and spinal cord. I am also on amytriptoline, 100mg, so now what's next in the recovery because I can't live with the pain anymore, it's been 3 years and 2 concussions later...
