Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The neo-penotran vaginal suppository is usually prescribed for treatment of mixed vaginal infections. If you are not pregnant, you can go ahead with using it as prescribed by your treating doctor. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, inform your treating doctor and get prescribed on alternate safer medications. Avoid self-medication. It should be avoided if there is hypersensitivity to its contents, liver impairment, epilepsy, renal impairment. Look out for adverse reaction symptoms like vaginal irritation, abdominal cramps/pain, metallic taste, constipation, dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of appetite, headache, nausea, ataxia, dizziness, mental changes rashes etc.
Take care.
