I saw this mention in another post on clotting and wanted to know more information about. So many people experience strokes and heart attacks unexpectedly as I am what seems to be healthy but educating myself because my family has a history of stroke.
I read your question and i understand your concern. Stroke are either hemorrhagic or embolic. Many hereditary , acquired causes are responsible for stroke discussion of all those is beyond the scope of discussion of this forum. Good balanced diet , lifestyle, avoiding of triggers, keeping balanced weight etc helps. Metabolic profiles like lipids, autoimmune disorders, procoagulants also decide.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
