Hello. I was wondering how a person that receives anal sex would know if they have an STD, especially if the person that they were sexually involved with has one for sure. I know that chlamydia and gono can be found in the anus but how would the infected person know for sure?
Could he/she be Asymptomatic? If so, is rectum swabs 100% in chlamydia/gono detection? Is it dangerous to not worry about it if nothing feels different or strange? Please help. Thank you!
