Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

I am sorry to hear about you but first trimester abortions are usual and woman can easily conceive again if there is no underlying abnormality. If you have conceived once then it should not be a problem to conceive again.
Have regular intercourse during ovulation days.Have healthy balanced diet and avoid smoking and alcohol. Also start taking Folic acid 5 mg once daily preconception as it prevents neural defects in the child if taken 3 months before conception.
Take care!
