For a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, the usual fertile days would lie between day 8-18 taking day 1 as first day of bleeding. If you are trying for pregnancy, maintain diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Monitor cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting to predict your ovulation and time your intercourse for having fruitful results.
