Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Fertile days in your menstrual cycle are the days during which the chances of ovulation or egg release from ovary are high and having intercourse during these days can result in pregnancy. For a regular menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, the usual fertile days would lie between day 8-18 taking day 1 as first day of bleeding. If you are trying for pregnancy, maintain diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Monitor cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting to predict your ovulation and time your intercourse for having fruitful results. Have intercourse in positions that allow for deeper penetration for high deposit of semen. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
