Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

The reasons for bed wetting could be stress, functionally small bladder, diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, urinary bladder wall instability, UTI, stones and neurological problems.

A small bladder, delayed neurogenic control, low antidiuretic hormone can be the other possible causes if infection and stress and emotional factors have been ruled out. In some children the sleep is very deep. These children grow out of the habit of bed wetting once they grow older and their sleep pattern changes.

Limit fluids in the evening. Set up an alarm your self and try and wake up 3-4 hours after sleep and use the washroom. Ask your parents to help you out with this routine. This helps a number of times to break the sleep pattern and you will with time automatically start getting up.

Please discuss this with your parents and get medical help. A confirmed diagnosis cannot be made on net. Please consult an urologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
