Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Wetness of vagina is a normal phenomenon indicating good functioning of reproductive system. If the wetness or vaginal discharge is not associated with signs of infection (discomfort, itching, burning, rashes, foul smell, altered color), then you can leave it alone. If any of these are associated, then a thorough examination and further investigations on the discharge is recommended to be done by a gynecologist.
