Hi Doctor,

From a young age I have noticed really small white looking spots around the top of my foreskin, I am now 17, I shower twice a day and can now pull my foreskin back over the head of my penis which I never used to be able to do, I have been sexually active a number of times and have also used condoms, I am rather worried because I do not actually know what it could be, also, when having an erection, i can only sometimes pull back my foreskin, it takes a long while, sometimes when retracted, my foreskin gets really tight around the head of my penis, the foreskin then turns really red and feels as if it is being strangled or suffocated by the head of my penis once again causing discomfort, I am worried about this too,

thanks for taking the time

Do a few searches on pearly penile papules and see if they are similar if so nothing to0 worry about.

Tight foreskin needs stretching, search on here for
some success experiences.

You should have been puling the skin back from a very
early age to clean and pee and this would have stretched the foreskin so no problems in adulthood.
