weird things going on with my eyes

ok so these are the things that i have been seeing

-see snow like tiny sparkles whenever i look at the sky
-floating spots
-whenever i look at bright lights i see different shapes and spots only when i blink
-look at walls see lines almost everywhere
-at night see glowing things
-at night side of my vision see green lights only at night and when i blink

i dont know wats going on plz help me i told my parents they wont take me to the opthamoligist i dont know what to do plz help im helpless cant go to the eye doctor myself because i cant drive wat do i do
