Weird Symptoms, Allergic reaction?

Please Read.

First off, let me say that i'm very young. I'm 16, please do not judge me.
I wouldnt mind to upload at picture, but seeing that i'm underage, might be offensive to people..let me know if it's not.

Question: If you have Oral Sex with someone infected with a STD or any other infection, can you still get yeast infections, or any other type of vaginal infection, remember, its oral sex, not vaginal. Just wondering.

I've never had unprotected sex with someone, besides unprotected oral sex.
About a week ago, i'd say 8 days now, i've had this very itchy feeling in my vagina, especially around my vagina hole. Before this reaction happened i had sex, now, i did a little research and some people say that i may be allergic to the spermicide in the condom or the latex, possible both. Over a three day spand, on my Labium Minor ("Lips" that cover my hole) i've developed bumps, but the bumps are not what your probably thinking, it looks more the a rash. And the rash is in a straight line (from where my anus and vagina hole meet, to my clitoris). Try to visualize that, but if posting a picture will be more helpful, i can do that.
