Ok so this is gross, but ive been noticing like a burning smell coming from my skin, moreso when i swim or shower, i remember this happening when i was around 13 or 14 but its come back.

I dont know what to do about it and its embarrassing any suggestions or similar stories would be appreciated thanks.
