weird foot rash seems to eat skin

I've had this weird foot rash for a few months and I haven't seen a doctor cause I thought I could do research and use otc meds to beat it or beat it with my immune system. I haven't been able to do either though.

It looks like bumps of skin, in clustsrs on white parts of my heel and toes on both feet, are missing. Sometimes I also have red outward bumps that itch, more toward the centeron my foot and also on my toes. These symptoms flare up at the same time, usually when if socks are particularly sweaty at the end of the day, causing minor pruning sometimes
