I've heard a lot of scrupilations when it comes to whether or not getting a massage or just massaging your muscles is good for them while they are partially sore or recovering. Personally, I think both sides of the debate have good things too say about why there belief is correct. Pro-massages usually argue that it loosens up the muscles promoting a healthy flow of oxygen rich blood to the muscles which speeds up healing time. I've also heard the antagonistic side to this debate which proclaims that massaging the muscles isn't a good thing to do until the muscles are fully healed, and then massage is ok.

I'm wondering if any of you have any facts or personal experience with this and wouldn't mind sharing. Thank you! Smile

scrupilations is good and massage is also very good for healthy body. It is useful to usually argue that it loosens up the muscles promoting a healthy flow of oxygen rich blood to the muscles. My own experience about it is really very good.
