Okay loosing more than 2-3 lbs a week is unhealthy, diets make you gain the weight back, half calorie/diet food are really not good.
I know this may sound funny but I play DDR (dance dance revolution on PS2) for 2 months and lost 15 lbs, the rest of it was watching my food intake, not dieting but portions. I thought ddr was awesome, its something I can do with my kids, dance, listen to music and actually have fun!
Just throwing out a wild idea I havent seen yet!
