Q: Weight Loss with No Energy

I am on a few depression meds, all of which the side effects are weight gain. I've been on a lot of these types of meds over the past 3 years and have gained about 70 - 90 pounds from these drugs. I have no energy and only consume approximately 1800 calories a day. I now weight 220 at 5'3". I used to weight 140 but was muscular and active. I used to walk miles a day but now my hips hurt going 1/4 mile.

How do I overcome the lack of energy and lose some weight?!?!?!

Maybe you should talk to your doctor about prescribing you different medication...

A couple a months back i ran over this site and i actually learned a whole lot from there. From what to eat and how much, to what kind of exercises are really good for you and bring good results. I gained a lot of knowledge about training and keeping my body in shape. Take a look at it, it really helped a lot of people lose the weight and look their best. I really recommend this for you, you might make it a great use.
